For any [GT] members with a copy of Republic Commando the time has come to dust off the box, reinstall and get ready to do battle.

For any [GT] members considering to make the purchase now couldn't be a better time. A tournament and modding tools with plenty of tutorials and documentation to play with.

This will be a totally new game service for http://www.eclipticalrealms.com (starting 6 June 2005) so it may take a while to set up and getting running properly. As I'll be administering the tournament you won't have to go far if you have suggestions, questions, or comments.

I hope to see [GT] do just as well in R.C. as we are in SWBF.

We'll start with Team DeathMatch for the first event as it's easier to set up and will benefit clans who can only field a few players. I'm thinking of a flexible frag limit. For example 2vs2 = 20 kills, 4vs4 = 40 kills. That way we can keep track of individual scoring as well as team performance. A player averaging over 10 will certainly be doing something right.
