BF2 mod clan
I am thinking of starting a clan for BF2 but what do I have to do? I know it is probably a losing battle but maybe I could resurrect something. I still have the [GT] tag. I enjoy this game and all its mods so much I thought I could give it some extra umph with a clan. idk, just a thought.

Re: BF2 mod clan
You put "mod clan" in the thread's title. Are you looking for a development team, or are you just looking for a group of players to play with?
If you are looking for the former, then you need to possess:
- a project idea,
- a skillset (sound design, level design, art, programming, etc.),
- an unpenetrable level of dedication to your goal and team, and
- a select group of equally dedicated people with whom you will work.
If you are looking for the latter, then you need to possess:
- a group of friends to play with,
- one or more rival clans (depending on if you want to have clan wars), and
- organization skills so your clan doesn't just exist in empty nothingness never doing anything.
For clans, a good place to start is to get a group of friends with whom you often play online, and then grow that group into a clan through inviting and accepting more people into your group. For example, WULF, AQT, agentsmith38, Redwiz and I all love to play Halo Custom Edition together every now and then, usually even with voice chat and the like. If we wanted to, we could probably expand our group into a clan, but since we don't have any interest in doing so, we haven't.

Re: BF2 mod clan
Heh heh, you said "former" twice. He means the latter, most likely.
