With all the potential these modders have, why does no one make a mod beyond Episode 6? Thrawn? Vong? Krayt? Such awesome eras never explored so far. Someone should make one of these. ;)

After BF2 is now how old?? most of the modders stopped working on BF2. But why don't you make your project by your selfe?? would be nice to see some new modders here

It's more about the fact that they don't have the time to be making mods for a 9 year old game. However, if you try to make such a mod, you will be able to. You'll simply have to invest enough time and effort and if you encounter any errors or need any help, GT is here for you.

An Idea for a map that I had that you could try
To make is One of the human body where the different sections of the map are in different internal organs. That would be... Interesting

A map that culminates with the player piloting a console to control "the Death Star" (new remote vehicle) to "destroy planets." (Planet-like spheres and such)

The player fails the mission if the Death Star blows up the wrong planet / moon. Also, if the player didn't score enough points earlier in the mission, the Death Star explodes right as it gets in range of the moon.

You could just make it a titan...oh wait, if you did that might as well make a titan killing level. This makes me want to do this, but I have trouble with everything about modeling. I did manage to create some 600K+ poly rocks though. I think a giant titan and animations would be extremely difficult, but this really gets me thinking. If this were to happen, there would be a city and titans walking around and it could be with the default sides. You'd have to hit them on their neck with some high damage before they grab you (rancor style), swipe you, or smash you. Everyone would have jetpacks though, and the titans would regenerate health fast so you'd need to kill them quickly.

Yes, I recently started watching the series. Maybe I'll have a go at modeling houses or a giant wall.

A map I've always wanted to see was a battle that takes place on a floor inside a skyscraper. You could blow up printers and computers, and you could shoot a window and jump out if you really wanted to. Outside would be the rest of the city (lower resolution of course) and in the streets there could be animated cars driving around and maybe even small, very crude pedestrians "walking" around. The inside would have offices and elevator banks (which would have regions that let the doors open) and stairwells as well. :)
I don't know, just a thought.

How about a Legacy Era mod or New Republic Mod, Cause I don't think we have any expanded universe mods

Perfect Dark from Nintendo 64 , some map imports into swbf2 would be so epic ..

this is my all time favorite game, which is based from Golden eye 007 also N64.

Some weapon and ordnance textures would be great wit it.

My only idea is someone downloads the the ROM file and extracts things from it, if possible
(not intending to break site rule with the rom suggestion)

My question is : is there any mod where Jango Fett has his original gun with his original gun sound?Because i like his gun and the sound,so , is there any mod?

There is BFX which has Jango with his gun but not the gun sound. I don't believe there are any mods with the gun sound.

Edit: I am working on a new mappack. Not Sky To Ground. Maps that take place on the earth. Aliens have attacked the earth in year 2050. Russians, Americans, Germans, Britains....all are united to fight against the alien invasion. The maps will take place on different places in the earth.
