Well folks, I've got some cool new Minecraft skins for you (most have been released):

If you bought the game, log in on your minecraft.net account, there you can upload a custom skin that will be shown on your dude.
Alternatively, go to C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin, open the minecraft.jar with WinRAR or the likes, go into mob and then replace the char.png with the custom char.png. But this will cause all dudes with stock skin to look like the custom skin in Multiplayer.
