Ingame Profile Copy?
I'm not saying I have time to do it. But I am wondering how much interest there is in it.

Re: Ingame Profile Copy?
What exactly would be the benefit of this? (other than, possibly, being a lazy man's tool) Would it copy stats & medals as well?

Well, if the application would be there, I'd want to install it. I don't think I'd use it too often, but I guess you asked this question because you've figured out how you can modify the profile files in-game?

Re: Ingame Profile Copy?
In theory, it would copy your default settings and key bindings, but wouldn't copy your awards or metals.
I think I've know for a while how to due it, but I've never been sure how much interest was behind it.

In my opinion, it really isn't worth it. You can just copy and rename the profile files.

QFT If it doesn't copy medals, why bother?Xavious wrote:In my opinion, it really isn't worth it. You can just copy and rename the profile files.

Re: Ingame Profile Copy?
It's useful for the people who don't want the award weapons and don't want to re-input all their different key bindings once their current profile earns awards.

You can make a backup copy of your profile once you've created it and set up all your keys, then revert back to it once you get the undesired award weapons or effects.
