GWL needs a competition mod map

Global Warfighter League, host of several competition game ladders including SWBFII, is looking for modders to create a mod map for Hero Assault competition play. Our current ladders support 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 5v5 Hero competition and have three modes: Force, No Force and No Force/No Block. We are looking for the design of a medium-sized, squat cityscape to replace Mos Eisley as our default map. Mos Eisley has many features that are desirable for Hero competition but sever problems as well. Foremost of which is tall spires campable and unreachable by certain other characters. To that end I am attaching the requirements the a GWL committee came up with for suitable maps for competition play. Several requirements are technical and pertain to Force powers and block, but we can provide the technical know-how to achieve those specs to anyone who asks for them.
three modes of the map set for our 3 different types of HvV match formats:
Force
No Force
No Force / No Block

To accommodate timing, the HUNT LUA map type must be used for each format.

Modder must make a dedicated effort to make map as little laggy as possible.

Two physically seperated sections of the map must be created (Cityscape and Arena) or a modder can decide to do only one of the two sections for a submission.

Cityscape
Map Cityscape size should be approx size of Tantive (taken as a whole)

Cityscape must use many small building with rampable sides

Only about 1/3 of roofs should have lips

Only about 1/3 buildings should have rampable sides

Most unrampable rooftops must have overhangs

At least 1/3 of roofs must have Force and saber blocking obstacles

All unrampable side buildings must be accessible by stairs or attached by walkway to a one that is.

Map should be a symetrical shape for even cp / health distribution

One indestructible health droid centrally located

Several scattered areas of open space (no buildings)

4 or 6 cp's with wide spawning areas (players don't spawn directly on blue light)

Lower all buildings to a ramp jump height (GG)

Cityscape map center must be center for center block

2-3 uncampable observation platforms scattered throughout map (try Yavin turret poles)

No leaving cityscape (think Bespin Cloud City or Rhen Vahr )

Mod must NOT change originally installed files


Dueling Arena
Arena size is Mos Eisley arena size.

Arena should have no exits to cityscape

Arena needs a hero and villian spawn point

Arena must have 2 indestructible health droids that heal instantly and out of reach of arena dueling area.

Must have a safe spectator section

Must have 2 entrances to dueling area on opposite sides of dueling area and neither may face the center of the map.
We have a tight time schedule and are hoping for alpha concept maps submissions by next weekend.
