Controller support
I recentlly downloaded SWBF2 from steam and it said controller supported so i start up the game and plug i my controller only to find out that due to lazy programmers at lucasarts i have to map the buttons on my own. Well im fine with that, it will take a while but i got it. THe only problem i have is that when i map movement to the analog sticks and start the game my character perpetually moves. im not holding the controller or anything and hes just moveing around. I know some games have a calibration set up for the sticks to help get rid of this but i dont see any on this game. And its not one of those controllers that are so overused that the sticks are loose as hell either, cus i hardly use it Any tips for getting the controlller to work? [ Please keep the elitest crap about "omg controller noob use keyboard+mouse itz soooooo better" out of this pls.]

Re: Controller support
Go to start, then control panel. Open 'game controllers'. Click on your controller, then click properties. There is a box with a cross in it. Is the cross moving around a little, or is it perfectly still?

Re: Controller support
the only way that i can think of is to get a profiler for your controller and map the start button to Esc.

Re: Controller support
Is the character slowly drifting or is it more pronounced?
If its the former, its your joystick deadzone. The game is extremely sensitive to even the slightest tilt of the analog stick, so even if you can't see it, the game can still pick it up. In Options > Controls, experiment with the different values for the analog stick deadzones. Going higher should fix your problem.
