I need a drawing tablet?
I've been snooping around newgrounds and other sites looking on how to better animate my series (I'm left-handed, and trying to draw with a right-handed mouse is near impossible for me). Anyway, everywhere i look people keep telling me a drawing tablet is probably my best bet, anyone know a certain brand of tablet they'd recommend?

The Wacom Bamboo Capture Tablet is fantastic.

Yeah, that's a nice beginner tablet that won't put you back a whole lot. If you're looking to get significantly better than that, you're looking at the ~$200 range.Marth8880 wrote:The Wacom Bamboo Capture Tablet is fantastic.

Similarly, I've got the Connect, and it's great. A little cheaper too.

If you need something that won't set you back a hundred thousand dollars, I suggest checking out the VT PenPad, I've had mine for two years now and it's great for computer graphics or anything else you'd use one for. I use mine with Photoshop the most, about 3-4 times a week for drawing, sometimes I'll use it with ZBrush as well but not that often. It's flexible and portable, although I keep very good care of my electronics I've found it to be durable as well. It isn't huge but honestly it's a good size, 1024 levels of pressure which is perfect for me.
The only con I have personally is the battery in the pen, I would have liked a tablet that has no battery but it'd have been more expensive. Battery lasts a long time though so it's honestly not a problem, and it adds weight which adds to the realism of it being a physical pen. Worth the $30 I paid for and then some, you should check it out if you need something cheaper than the big name stuff.

The Bamboo tablet Mav and I recommended uses a battery-less pen.

Right, which is really nice, I'd suggest the one I posted a link for only if you're broke and want something good quality for cheap. Bamboo is the way to go if you can get it, it has tons extra features/buttons to make life easier.
