Selected maplist is full

Is there anyway to get around the selected maplist being full? I'm not optimistic about it, but I really don't want to have to think about which maps or eras I want to exclude every time I go to play the game

One thing I do is I have 4 addon folders: addon, addon 2, addon 3, and addon 4. When I want to switch between which levels the game loads, I just switch the names of "addon" and "addon3" or whichever one I want. I doesn't get around the issue, technically, but it does at least mean you don't have to think about how many mods you have, just which ones you want at any given time, and makes it really quick to switch between.
