Hey Everyone!
I'm working on creating a custom era and adding it along side a map that I'm working on. Can someone give me a tutorial on how to create a custom era, while adding a custom icon? I've seen one online but it didn't work. I'm new to modding so I don't know what I'm doing lol!

You can find a custom era tutorial here and an icon tutorial here.
Since you said that you're new to modding (and that you don't know what you're doing) and that custom era creation is not really a trivial endeavor, I'd suggest you make sure you read the ModTools documentation (you can find it here on the "Shipped Documents" section) and the FAQ.
Don't forget to also use the search function, it is very likely that the questions you may have have already been answered before.
