I just want to know is there a mod that allow mixing of eras like Rebellion vs Republic or CIS vs Empire?
Is there a mod that mixes eras?

There is not a mod that allows you to just pick sides on any normal battlefront 2 map you want - but it is possible to change the sides on a normal battlefront 2 map and then export it so everyone in the community can play it. MOST battlefront 2 "mods" are just default maps that someone has changed around that then needs to be downloaded and added into battlefront 2.
