I.e. by a custom launcher? Or mirroring the add-on folder? Or by doubling everything in the SWBF2 folder, calling it something else, and changing the icon of the launcher? Just I've hit 575 due to TDT, and I'm working on my own mod too, so I'm thinking if there's a way to basicly duplicate the game, or et it to ignore one folder over the other, or add another folder in game data with a custom exe which swaps the addon content with the new folder content, runs the original exe and then when quit swaps them back again?

Hey ARC1778, you should post this topic under the SWBF2 General topic area, this thread is meant for mod/map works in progress. I understand you said you were creating a mod but unless you have information, screenshots, updates, or other stuff to talk about your mod then I suggest you move this topic or maybe a Gametoast admin will move the topic for you. For your question, I do not think it is possible, but if somebody does find a way it would be pretty neat. I would just create another addon folder and switch the two of them out when getting bored of playing the maps in the other.

The easiest method is just rename the addme.script file in each of the mod folders, then name it back when you want to play that mod. Renaming them makes the game unable to detect it.

"Easiest" is pretty subjective. The most efficient method is to batch-select your mod folders, cut them, and paste them into an external folder. It's all of two mouse-clicks (plus Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V). My way is to have multiple Addon folders, and I use rename the ones I'm not using.

I'm just going to create a bat file and config file, to automatically copy folder A into folder B, and the folder C into Folder A. Seems most user friendly.
