It's Alzoc 3 by ACEwithSPADES. It was a private beta he brought one year ago but he doesn't seems to be working on it anymore. I guess the project is dead. It's a shame, the map was interesting and had a good mode idea (Defense), even if this last one was bugged and un-do-able

That's actually a custom sky i gave him but never finished that's why that big ugly seam is still there
